Lexus of Vancouver is looking for a Delivery/Technology Specialist to join their team!
Responsibilities Maintain a complete understanding of all technological aspects of vehicles
Communicate effectively, efficiently, and timely to all guests
Explain all features on the vehicles (personal settings, navigation, Bluetooth and garage door pairing), the loaner vehicle process, warranty features, roadside assistance, and maintenance schedules
Inspect each vehicle being delivered to ensure exemplary customer service and a seamless delivery process
Thoroughly complete all associated paperwork with the delivery
Maintain a professional image in appearance, words, and actions
Qualifications Must have a valid driver’s license with excellent driving record
2-5+ years of customer service experience
Excellent customer service skills and ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Compensation $25/hour + bonus per delivery
Schedule Must be able to work weekends
