Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a highly technical QA Lead who can operate in a rapid-paced environment, lead multiple concurrent initiatives, and drive automation and process improvements across QA and data-focused projects.

This is not a traditional functional QA role. The ideal candidate will have strong technical, data, and automation expertise, with the ability to identify root causes, streamline testing processes, standardize data and test cases, and leverage AI-driven solutions. They will act as a technical leader and strategic problem solver, bringing new ideas and efficiencies to the team.

Key Responsibilities

Lead multiple testing and data initiatives simultaneously

Design and execute end-to-end testing strategies across applications and data pipelines

Drive automation efforts for testing, reporting, and data validation processes

Standardize test cases, test data, and QA best practices across the team

Analyze large datasets to identify defects, data quality issues, and process inefficiencies

Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and Business Stakeholders

Challenge assumptions and push back when necessary to maintain quality standards

Investigate application and data issues by understanding end-to-end data flow and business impact

Introduce AI and Copilot-based solutions to improve QA productivity and efficiency

Mentor team members and provide technical guidance on automation and testing practices

Skills and Requirements

5-10+ years of QA experience with prior experience leading testing initiatives

Strong technical QA background with experience beyond manual testing

Medium to Advanced SQL skills

Experience with end-to-end testing and test strategy development

Strong understanding of data analysis, data validation, and data quality controls

Experience building automated testing solutions

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to work across multiple initiatives in a high-volume environment

Proven track record identifying process improvements and driving efficiencies

Python development experience with a focus on automation and data processing

Data modeling and data automation experience

AI/Copilot experience within QA or testing environments

Financial Services experience

KYC (Know Your Customer)

AML (Anti-Money Laundering)

Financial regulatory reporting

Capital Markets

Data cleansing and governance
