As the Facilities Manager, you will oversee all operational aspects of the resort's facilities, focusing on safety and efficiency. Your responsibilities will include managing budgets, conducting inspections, and collaborating with various departments. Strong leadership and hands-on skills in HVAC, construction, or electrical systems are key to succeeding in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage operational budgets and asset conditions
• Conduct timely inspections and scheduled maintenance
• Develop and implement worksite documentation




• Lead recruitment and employee development processes
• Communicate effectively regarding unusual conditions

Requirements:
• Proven leadership and judgment skills
• Experience in HVAC, construction, or electrical
