As a pivotal senior leadership member, you will deliver strategic HR oversight in a complex, multi-site workplace. Your responsibilities will encompass labour relations, employee retention, and the culture plan at Atura Power. By shaping the HR and organisational strategy, you will align with operational goals and support employee engagement across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide strategic counsel on HR matters to the leadership team
• Guide HR practices linked to operational changes and workforce restructuring
• Lead HR advisory, labour relations, and training for corporate services




• Represent Atura Power in regulatory hearings and labour forums
• Oversee the design and administration of compensation programs

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field; Master’s preferred
• 8–10+ years HR experience focusing on labour relations
• Knowledge of Canadian employment and labour law
• Strong interpersonal skills for collaborative leadership
• CHRL/CHRP designation considered an asset
