We are partnering with a proudly Saskatchewan-based consumer products company experiencing significant growth across Canada and the United States. As the organization continues to scale, they are seeking a Senior Accounts Receivable & Accounting Analyst to join their Finance team in a highly visible role that works closely with Finance, Sales, Operations, and Leadership.
What You'll Be Doing
Own the customer-to-cash cycle, including invoicing, collections, cash application, customer account management, and dispute resolution.
Manage customer account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies with customers and internal teams.
Investigate and resolve customer deductions, short payments, credits, and account issues.
Support month-end close activities including journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and financial reporting.
Analyze customer deductions, promotional investments, and trade spend activity to support profitability.
Monitor and report on key financial and operational metrics.
Partner with Sales and Operations to provide financial insights and support business decisions.
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, inventory-related processes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Support external review and audit requirements.
Contribute to scalable processes, systems, and reporting as the business grows.
What We're Looking For
3+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounting, Billing, Credit, Revenue Management, or Financial Analysis.
Strong experience managing customer accounts, collections, reconciliations, and dispute resolution.
Experience working within a high-volume or complex customer environment.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with large datasets.
Experience within manufacturing, distribution, wholesale, agriculture, retail supplier, or consumer products environments is an asset.
Exposure to customer deductions, rebates, chargebacks, trade spend, or promotional accounting is an asset but not required.
Postsecondary education in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related discipline.
CPA designation or progress toward designation is welcomed but not required.

A Note About Trade Spend Experience
Direct experience with trade spend, promotional accounting, rebates, or chargebacks is not required. We are happy to teach these aspects of the role to someone who brings a strong foundation in Accounts Receivable, customer accounting, problem-solving, and relationship management.
