In this vital position, you will report to the Executive VP, focusing on integrating the people strategy with NFI's business direction. As the Vice President, you will develop strategies that foster leadership development, talent management, and ensure compliance with HR policies. Collaborating with various teams, you will lead initiatives that connect culture with operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and execute culture and leadership strategies for global alignment
• Implement policies ensuring legal compliance and alignment with enterprise values




• Drive talent management and leadership development frameworks
• Partner with leadership on compensation and performance metrics
• Mentor BU leadership on transformational change initiatives

Requirements:
• HR or Business Administration degree preferred
• 15+ years in progressive HR roles
• Experience in unionized and safety-sensitive settings
• Proven ability to influence and coach executives
• Eligible for travel within Canada and the U.S. up to 25%
