In collaboration with the Director of Slope Operations, you'll oversee a diverse team engaged in grooming, snowmaking, and summer projects. Your responsibilities include inspiring team members and creating a sense of belonging while ensuring guests receive an outstanding mountain experience. Strong expertise in snowmaking or grooming is essential for the role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise Groomers, Snowmakers, and Heavy Equipment Operators
• Coach team members to enhance performance and engagement
• Develop and implement schedules while managing budgets




• Enforce safety protocols and handle emergency procedures
• Monitor equipment status for optimal operational efficiency

Requirements:
• 5+ years of hands-on snowmaking or grooming experience
• Experience in landscape construction is a plus
• Proven ability to lead teams of 30 or more
• Willingness to work outdoors in extreme weather conditions
• Flexibility to cover day and overnight shifts
