This full-time position involves offering support in both individual and group formats. Ideal candidates will have a nursing degree and are expected to demonstrate strong interpersonal and computer skills while working in a cooperative environment. Awareness of community resources and cultural sensitivity is pivotal in delivering effective care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct intensive case management for mental health clients
• Provide individualized and group services
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
• Utilize community resources for comprehensive care
• Maintain awareness of dynamics affecting high-risk populations
Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Nursing or Psychiatric Nursing
• Valid Class 5 driver's license necessary
• Registered/eligible with CRNS and CRPNS
• Must exhibit excellent computer skills
• Understanding of mental health community principles
