• Create qualified-grade instructional content and courses
• Track and improve OEM training certification rates
• Coordinate training schedules with team management

Requirements:
• Journeyman certification in heavy-duty equipment technician trade
• Strong foundation in mechanical and instructional design
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to continuous learning and improvement
• Must be able to travel within North America
