Key Responsibilities:
• Support the President and lead M&A; execution team
• Recruit and develop junior M&A; professionals
• Qualify acquisition targets through discussions and assessments




• Conduct detailed financial analysis of companies' performance
• Build financial models determining valuations for acquisitions

Requirements:
• 5+ years in M&A;, preferably in finance or private equity
• Success managing M&A; teams and closing mid-market deals
• Advanced excel skills and financial modelling expertise
• Robust communication skills for executive interactions
• Flexibility to travel for transaction closings
