Marlborough Day Nursery ECS Ltd seeks a dedicated Lead Teacher for its early childhood services. Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure IPP program delivery meets Alberta Education ECS standards
• Provide mentorship to Educational Assistants on IPP goals
• Review and support Behaviour Support Plans for inclusivity




• Conduct screenings to track children's developmental progress
• Coordinate onboarding for new staff to ensure policy understanding

Requirements:
• Permanent Alberta Teaching Certificate in good standing
• 3-5 years teaching experience in ECS programs
• Knowledge of child development and positive behaviour support
• Understanding of Alberta Education ECS requirements
• Commitment to inclusive and play-based education
