Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct patient assessments and care evaluations
• Implement individualized nursing interventions
• Collaborate with Registered Nurses on care strategies

Requirements:
• Current RPN registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Minimum 2 years in an acute mental health setting
• Familiarity with the Mental Health Act and various therapies
• Proven ability to work in interdisciplinary teams
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
