While the successful candidate would be expected to do a variety of things, they would primarily assist senior counsel in the drafting of bylaws and resolutions, preparing legal opinions on various issues and various Land Title matters related to strata lots. In addition to this,



they will help in providing our strata corporation clients with advice on governance, bylaw interpretation and other matters strata corporations encounter. There will also be opportunity to advise individual owners with respect to problems they are having with their own strata corporations, including assisting them with Civil Resolution Tribunal Claims when necessary.

The successful candidate will have strong writing and drafting skills along with excellent analytical abilities. Experience with Land Title procedures is an asset. Our firm values a team-based approach to practice and the ability to develop outstanding client relations. Trial experience and a demonstrated ability to conduct general litigation matters is an asset.. The successful candidate will be called to the British Columbia bar.
