As the Senior Contracts Manager, your responsibilities will encompass effective negotiation and administration of contracts, focusing on maximizing cost efficiencies. You will conduct in-depth financial analysis and provide strategic insights while ensuring that all contractual obligations are met. This position requires comprehensive coordination with various project stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Negotiate with subcontractors on commercial terms
• Execute monthly financial reviews for projects
• Ensure compliance with bonding requirements and performance
• Process contractor payment requests and back charges
• Handle subcontract claims and final account reviews
Requirements:
• 5-10 years in contract administration
• Degree in Construction or related field
• MRICS or CIOB accredited
