In the role of Director of Direct to Consumer (DTC) Planning & Allocations, you will own the strategic planning process, focus on achieving inventory and sales goals, and partner with various departments. Your leadership will extend to enhancing the efficiency of planning teams and driving data-driven decision-making processes. You'll ensure that the planning strategies align with the overall business objectives while managing key inventory risks.

Key Responsibilities:
• Direct DTC planning operations and inventory strategy
• Align annual plans with company objectives




• Optimize processes using tools like o9 and SAP
• Lead planning transformation initiatives across teams
• Foster collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders

Requirements:
• 10+ years in merchandise and inventory planning
• 5+ years managing cross-functional teams
• Proficient in SAP and advanced Excel
• Solid leadership and communication skills
• Ability to think both strategically and tactically
