Become a crucial part of child and youth development at Dogwood Place as a part time Behaviour Analyst. This role prioritizes child inclusion and skill enhancement using proven approaches.
Working 22 hours per week, you'll engage with families and interdisciplinary teams to create effective behaviour support strategies. A master’s degree and BACB certification are necessary for this impactful role, embodied by collaboration and evidence-based practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement behavior support interventions
• Work with families to develop individualized strategies
• Provide coaching and consultation within the community
• Evaluate the implementation of behaviour strategies
• Promote inclusive practices across various environments
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
• Certification from the Behaviour Analyst Certification Board
• At least two years of experience working with children
• Minimum 2000 hours focused on children with autism or disabilities
• Clinical training in PBS or ABA necessary
