Available for the Fall/Winter season starting October 2026, this role offers both full-time and part time options. You will leverage your customer service skills and knowledge of the area to assist visitors navigating the beauty of the Canadian Rockies. Your role will also involve crowd control and ensuring a seamless experience from arrival to departure.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome guests and provide directions at the gondola
• Manage ticket sales and issue guest tickets
• Ensure customer satisfaction through effective guidance




• Conduct crowd management during peak times
• Help maintain guest areas and facilities clean
Requirements:
• Proven experience in guest services
• Familiarity with the Banff area and attractions
• Outstanding communication and listening abilities
• Secondary language skills are beneficial
• Ability to handle cash and credit transactions accurately
