Become an integral part of Mowi's team as an Assistant Farm Manager on the South Coast of Newfoundland. Drive farm site operations and enhance salmon management practices in this permanent, full-time role.

Reporting directly to the Farm Manager, you will play a key role in promoting safe and effective operations across our farm sites. Your responsibilities will include supporting team management, conducting fish inspections, and ensuring adherence to best practices for animal welfare. This role follows a shift schedule of two weeks on, two weeks off.

Key Responsibilities: • Oversee farm operations in the Farm Manager's absence • Lead site team activities and promote safety • Conduct feeding, control,



and inspection of fish • Maintain accurate records and data management • Facilitate a supportive work atmosphere and training opportunities

Requirements: • Post-secondary education or relevant industry experience • Leadership skills combined with project management experience • Proficient in English, both verbal and written • Solid computer skills for document management • Flexibility to adapt to workload demands
