Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with planting, grading, and sod installation
• Dig, shovel, rake, and perform lifting duties
• Maintain cleanliness and efficiency on job sites
• Safely operate tools and equipment as required
• Communicate effectively with crew leads and follow directions

Requirements:
• Proven experience with hand and power tools
• Comfortable with repetitive physical tasks
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors
• Previous experience in landscaping or related trades is beneficial
• Knowledge of site preparation and construction preferred
