Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct performance monitoring on facility management services
• Manage Small Works and Variations processes with Project Co




• Lead weekly compliance meetings with stakeholders
• Analyze monthly deliverables for adherence to agreements
• Liaise with users regarding facility management issues

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or health sciences
• Minimum three years' experience in project or contract management
• Familiarity with hospital settings and P3/AFP contracts
• Robust communication and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently under minimal supervision
