Wage

$23.00 - $24.50

Shift

This is a 14-month maternity leave coverage position, with a strong possibility of extension or transition to a permanent role.

Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm

What You'll Bring to the Role:

Ability to learnbasic warehouse management scanning system (WMS)

Strong attention to detail and time management skills

Has the ability to be versatile and adapt to changing priorities

Trustworthy and moral character

The Must Haves:

Must have3+ months ofexperiencein the Returns department

ProficientwithMicrosoft Office, specifically Outlook and Excel

Must have physical ability to carry out essential job functions, including but not limited to, the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs., walking and standing for extended periods, climbing ladders/stairs, comfortable with heights in elevated areas and tolerating conditions such as dust, dirt, noise, odors, heat, cold, etc.

Things You Will be Doing





Ensures allreturns are processed in a timely manner and as per client requirements

Inputreturns information into the system

Client communication via email and reporting

Quality control onreturns andwarranty claims

Serves as a backup in the absence of the returns lead.

Trouble shooting when faced with discrepancies, anomalies or transit caused issues.

Call out any potential issues or roadblocks to the department supervisor so they can be addressed prior to returns units being posted .
