You will be integral to the customer experience, overseeing ATM installations, repairs, and offering training on ATM functionalities. This customer-facing role demands flexibility for evening and weekend work on a rotating schedule, emphasizing your adaptability and commitment to service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
• Stage and program ATMs for clean and functional operation
• Install/uninstall ATM systems and conduct customer training
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues both remotely and in office




• Provide essential maintenance and detailed service checks
• Ensure completion of inventory checks and vehicle upkeep

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years fixing electronics/mechanical devices
• Background in customer service is preferable
• Valid driver's license and clean driving history
• Ability to pass criminal and credit background evaluations
• Capacity to lift heavy objects consistently
