Become a Registered Practical Nurse at HART Hub, working full time in Atikameksheng Anishnawbek. Deliver high-quality, culturally safe health care while promoting wellness in Indigenous communities. As a vital member of the team, this role centers on providing clinical support within the full scope of nursing practice.

You will engage with community members and collaborate on health initiatives that recognize Indigenous traditions. Embrace opportunities to draw on your skills in mental health, crisis intervention, and harm reduction. Key Responsibilities:

- Offer clinical support to community health services
- Engage in team-based health service development
- Address individual wellness needs and crisis situations
- Lead health education presentations
- Participate in monitoring health service effectiveness Requirements:
- Diploma in Practical Nursing with current registration
- Certification in CPR and First Aid
- Preferred experience in addictions or community services
- Knowledge in drug assessment tools and issues
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license Support health promotion through direct care, education, and teamwork with HART Hub to uplift the community.
