Humanik Technologies is looking for motivated individuals to help businesses discover modern AI-powered operational tools.

This is a flexible, remote role focused on outbound calling and relationship-building. You'll introduce business owners to Humanik Technologies, start conversations about where AI can improve their operations, and book complimentary AI potential audits with our internal team.

Your primary method of outreach will be phone-based: calling business owners and decision-makers, qualifying interest, and scheduling introductory consultations. You'll also handle follow-ups, CRM updates, and occasional virtual meetings with prospective clients.

This position is designed for individuals looking to grow within a rapidly expanding technology company. Strong performers may have opportunities to move into senior sales, leadership, account management, or other internal roles as the company scales.

Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to business owners and decision-makers
- Introduce Humanik Technologies and our AI solutions
- Identify operational pain points and qualify interest
- Book complimentary AI audits and consultations for our internal team
- Follow up with prospects by phone, email,



and virtual meetings
- Keep accurate call notes and activity tracking in our CRM

Ideal Candidates:

- Confident, clear communicator on the phone
- Comfortable with high call volume and handling objections
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
- Experience in inside sales, cold calling, call centres, customer service, or business development is an asset
- Interest in technology, AI, entrepreneurship, or business operations is beneficial
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
