Key Responsibilities:
• Provide client service to external and internal stakeholders
• Review and interpret claim forms and supporting documents




• Offer recommendations based on policy definitions
• Verify coverage through various research methods
• Process communication thoroughly and accurately

Requirements:
• Bilingual in English and French
• College degree or two years claims experience
• RIBO Level 1 licensing is mandatory
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Apps
• Must possess exceptional communication skills
