As a Residential Coordinator, you will leverage your experience in human services and take on a supervisory role. The position requires a minimum of three years of supervisory experience and a solid understanding of disabilities and mental health. You'll facilitate Wellness Support Plans and advocate for clients, while ensuring effective communication and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee development of Individual Support Plans (ISP)
• Provide emotional support to clients and staff
• Respond to emergencies and facilitate service delivery
• Attend client care planning meetings as required
• Monitor program budgets and expenditures
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in Human Services
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience
• Knowledge of disabilities and mental health
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
