The ideal candidate will have a degree in a related field and over 10 years of experience in the inspection industry. Your role will involve conducting technical inspections, ensuring compliance with building standards, and providing ongoing technical support.

Key Responsibilities:
• Inspect mechanical and electrical systems in buildings
• Travel across Canada for various site inspections




• Review and analyze project specifications and codes
• Provide technical guidance to team members
• Maintain documentation and reporting accuracy

Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in Mechanical/Electrical engineering
• At least 10 years of relevant experience
• Clean driver’s license and access to a vehicle
• Knowledge of Ontario Building Codes is a plus
• Solid communication skills and attention to detail
