Become a crucial part of Green Infrastructure Partners as a Field-Based HSE Advisor in the Greater Toronto Area. This role focuses on proactive site risk assessment and implementing safety measures in real-time.

Reporting to the Manager of HSE, you will partner with local operations and the national team to ensure safety compliance and risk management in construction environments. With a hands-on approach, you'll guide in office teams through trainings while evaluating hazards and establishing effective safety practices.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform on-site risk assessments across construction projects
• Monitor high-risk tasks and ensure safety compliance
• Provide immediate hazard recommendations and training




• Support emergency response and operational safety integration
• Act as a liaison between field teams and management

Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in Health and Safety
• 5+ years of experience in construction or industrial safety
• CRSP, CM IOSH, or other safety certifications preferred
• Strong understanding of safety legislation
• Bilingual in French and English is a plus
