Extendicare is looking for a Registered Nurse to ensure excellent nursing practices in our casual and temporary part time roles. You'll take part in assessing residents, creating care plans, and supervising nursing staff within a supportive and culturally aware environment. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide quality care per nursing and administrative standards
• Assist with patient assessments and plan evaluations
• Manage and mentor nursing staff effectively
• Monitor staff performance and coordinate feedback
• Lead nursing efforts in the absence of senior leadership

Requirements:
• Current nursing certificate from an accredited institution
• Registration or eligibility as an RN required
• Experience in community or long-term care settings
• Excellent communication skills required
• Capacity to prioritize and solve problems effectively
