Join our exciting Digital Commerce and Marketing team to play a critical role in shaping our Digital Marketing initiatives. We are seeking a detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist with strong prioritization and communication skills to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities
Paid Media & Digital Advertising

Manage, optimize, and grow paid digital campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.

Monitor campaign performance, budgets, targeting, bidding, creative performance, and conversion results.

Continuously test audiences, messaging, creative, landing pages, and campaign strategies to improve ROI.

Identify and test new paid channels and opportunities, including LinkedIn, AI-driven advertising, and emerging digital platforms.

Stay current on changes in digital advertising, search behavior, AI-driven discovery, and current customer acquisition opportunities.

Work with the content and design teams to develop effective advertising creative and messaging.

Email Marketing & Automation

Own the development, implementation, and optimization of automated email flows and lifecycle marketing programs.

Build and improve customer journeys including abandoned cart, browse abandonment, cross-sell, reorder, nurture, and other automated campaigns.

Develop audience segments and personalization strategies based on customer behavior and data.





Monitor email performance and continuously test subject lines, content, timing, segmentation, and automation strategies.

Support the Communications Specialist with scheduled email campaigns, including setup, segmentation, testing, QA, scheduling, and deployment.

Provide backup coverage for email campaign execution when required.

Social Media Support

Support the planning and execution of organic social media across company channels.

Work collaboratively with the Communications Specialist and Social Media Specialist on content distribution and channel execution.

Assist with scheduling, publishing, community management, reporting, and optimization as required.

Maintain the knowledge and capability to provide social media coverage and assume additional channel responsibilities as business needs evolve.

Analytics, Optimization & Reporting

Track and analyze performance across paid media, email, social, and other digital channels.

Translate performance data into actionable recommendations and optimization opportunities.

Develop and maintain reporting on key metrics including traffic, conversions, leads, revenue, ROAS, engagement, and email performance.

Identify opportunities to improve customer acquisition, conversion, and retention.

Support A/B testing and other experimentation across digital campaigns and customer journeys.

Cross-Functional Campaign Support

Partner with the Communications Specialist, who manages the overall campaign and content calendar, to execute integrated campaigns across digital channels.





Provide channel recommendations, performance insights, audience strategies, and digital requirements during campaign planning.

Collaborate with designers and content creators to ensure assets are optimized for each digital channel.

Help ensure consistent messaging and customer experiences across paid media, email, social, and digital touchpoints.

Proactively identify new digital marketing opportunities, technologies, and channels.

Explore how AI-driven search, discovery, and advertising platforms can support customer acquisition and brand visibility.

Recommend and execute controlled tests of new platforms and tactics, evaluating opportunities based on measurable business results.

Help evolve the company’s digital marketing capabilities as customer behavior and technology change.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivelent experience in Digital Marketing

Proven experience in SEM, analytics, email automation, and ability to support in broader Digital Marketing.

Solid understanding of current digital marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.

Certifications or experience with digital marketing tools such as Klavyio, CRM platforms, Data Studio, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, etc.

Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
