Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and write intervention plans
• Supervise RBTs in treatment plan implementation
• Monitor and adapt treatment strategies based on progress




• Provide training and support to families and caregivers
• Stay updated on ABA best practices and ethical guidelines

Requirements:
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
• Active BCBA certification and LBA licensure in North Carolina or Utah
• 1+ years working with individuals diagnosed with autism
• Experience in assessments and behavior intervention plans
• Proficient in electronic data collection and clinical documentation
