Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in technical assessments and report preparations
• Participate in in office evaluations and condition assessments
• Document findings and collect critical data during investigations
• Monitor progress on construction and restoration sites
• Contribute to the development of capital plans and reports
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in Engineering or Building Science
• Registration or eligibility for Engineer-in-Training (EIT)
• Experience related to building assessments preferred
• Basic understanding of building envelope systems
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
