data-driven recommendations to senior leadershipEnhance forecasting accuracy and reporting efficiencyStreamline financial processes and strengthen governance across operationsDrive a culture of data-informed decision-makingWhat You BringExperience & ExpertiseBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Engineering, or related field5+ years of FP&A; or operations finance experience (manufacturing strongly preferred)Strong foundation in cost accounting (standard costing, inventory, variance analysis)Technical & Analytical SkillsAdvanced Excel and financial modeling capabilitiesERP experience (SAP or Oracle preferred)Experience with Power BI or Tableau for data visualizationBusiness Impact & CommunicationAbility to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insightsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsProven ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive outcomesNice to HaveMBA or advanced degreeExperience with capital investment modelingStrong data storytelling and presentation skillsWho You AreYou’re more than an analyst—you’re a partner.
