In this role, you will assist members with inquiries and registration, conduct facility tours, and ensure a responsive and friendly atmosphere. You will be responsible for accurate cash reconciliation and communicating service issues, ensuring each member feels valued.
Key Responsibilities:
• Address member inquiries and provide accurate information
• Assist members with registration and membership processing
• Provide tours of the facility to prospective members

Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least one year in customer service
• Excellent communication and decision-making abilities
• Familiarity with systems like CLASS and Fusion
• Valid Standard First Aid and CPR certification required
