Education: Secondary school

Work Experience: 3 years in the food preparation or 1 year of food service supervisor experience

Job Duties

- Establish methods to meet work schedules
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
- Estimate and order ingredients and supplies
- Ensure food service and quality control




- Address customers’ complaints or concerns
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports
- Prepare food order summaries for chef
- Establish work schedules

Job Requirements

- Verbal and written communication skills to assist in the day-to-day operations within the
- Must be punctual and reliable
- Strong personal hygiene is required.
- Strong client focus and must have excellent customer dealing skills.
- Must be a team player.

From 9 am to 4 pm
