As the Program Manager, you will implement the Ndinawe Child and Youth Care Certificate Program and work collaboratively with educators and community partners. Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate daily needs of program staff and activities
• Maintain relationships between students and external partners




• Facilitate workshops and manage special initiatives
• Monitor financial performance and program costs
• Draft reports and grant applications for program funding

Requirements:
• Relevant education in child and youth care
• Proven experience in project and training development
• Strong data analysis and organizational skills
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License needed
• Background checks, including vulnerable sector search, necessary
