Join a corporate services contracts team supporting strategic Information Systems procurement initiatives across a large-scale energy environment. This role oversees IS sourcing activities related to software applications, professional services, hardware, SCADA systems, network projects, and telecommunications while supporting procurement planning, RFx execution, and vendor management. The position works closely with IS and operating business units to support complex sourcing and contract activities across indirect enterprise spend.
Must Haves
3+ years of Supply Chain Management sourcing in Information Systems and technology contracting
Procurement and sourcing activities for software applications , IS hardware, and professional services
Use of SAP , Ariba , or BI Warehouse for sourcing event tracking and procurement activities
University Degree and/or designation in Business or a Supply Chain Management program
Nice to Have
Experience with relevant SAP, Ariba, or PowerBI modules
Aptitude for technical sourcing topics and technology-related terms and conditions
Responsibilities
Lead demand planning activities for software applications and professional services sourcing
Execute RFx processes for IS services and materials sourcing projects
Track sourcing events using SAP, Ariba, and BI Warehouse systems
Develop solicitation documents, requirements documents, and evaluation plans
Coordinate bid evaluations with internal stakeholders and vendors
Negotiate contract awards and coordinate approval briefings with business units
Manage supplier performance,
