Join Spring Living Retirement Communities as a Senior Financial Analyst to impact the financial well-being of multiple retirement homes. This role is focused on strategic financial insights and reporting.
Positioned within the financial operations team and reporting to the Manager, Operations Finance, the Senior Financial Analyst will oversee financial activities for a selection of retirement residences. You’ll work closely with site leadership to provide comprehensive financial analysis and support for informed decision-making across communities in Ontario and Quebec.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage full month-end closure for assigned residences
• Create accurate monthly financial statements and documentation
• Review and clarify monthly financial results with leadership
• Ensure adherence to accounting compliance and controls
• Aid in the integration of newly acquired communities
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
• 2-4 years of accounting or finance background
• Experience in full-cycle financial report creation
• CPA designation or pursuit thereof considered an asset
• Advanced Excel proficiency and Yardi experience preferred
