Job Overview
The Organizational Change Management Lead will lead change management activities for an Enterprise Asset Management program, with accountability for stakeholder engagement, impact assessment, communications, training support, readiness, and adoption. The role will work closely with business and program leaders to develop and implement change strategies that support successful transformation, minimize disruption, and improve end-user adoption. Responsibilities include leading assessments, managing change plans, monitoring risks and readiness, supporting leadership alignment, facilitating engagement sessions, and reporting on progress, issues, and outcomes. The role will be in-office at OPG’s Corporate Headquarters, with travel to Nuclear or RG office locations as required.

Qualifications

University degree in a related field such as business, communications, human resources, organizational development, psychology, or public administration, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.



Significant experience leading change management for large business or technology transformation initiatives.

Robust skills in stakeholder engagement, change impact assessment, readiness assessment, communications, training support, facilitation, and executive advisory services.

Excellent communication, planning, problem-solving, and coordination skills required.

Professional certification in change management or project management is considered an asset.

Experience with enterprise asset management or complex enterprise system implementations is preferred.
