Be the driving force of alumni engagement at UBC as an Alumni Engagement Coordinator. This role focuses on supporting and coordinating programs that connect students with alumni.

Reporting to the Associate Director, you will play a key role in implementing alumni programs and maintaining vital database information. Your expertise will facilitate effective mentorship and networking opportunities for UBC alumni and students, enhancing campus relationships and community ties.

Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and manage alumni engagement strategies
• Develop and maintain comprehensive database profiles
• Coordinate preparation and logistics for alumni events
• Generate reports on alumni activities and feedback
• Foster collaborations with community partners for alumni programs

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
• One year of experience in a similar role
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Robust attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
• Proficiency in using software tools for data management
