About the Opportunity Own the full accounts receivable cycle, including reviewing invoices for accuracy, applying customer payments, and reconciling accounts to resolve discrepancies.
Proactively follow up on overdue balances, monitor aging reports, and **escalate** long‑outstanding accounts through the collections process.
Coordinate with project and operations teams to resolve billing gaps, respond to customer inquiries on invoices and statements, and support month‑end AR reporting.
About You A detail-oriented accounting professional with 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable, reconciliation, or collections.
Comfortable working in an ERP system and confident in Excel, with the accuracy and organization needed to manage multiple accounts at once.
A clear communicator who can work independently while coordinating across teams,



and who brings a customer-service mindset to collections conversations.
Pay Range $28 - $30 / hour
