Overview
We are hiring full‑time and part‑time painters in Maple Ridge, BC to join a dynamic team that has completed over 75 high‑quality paint jobs this year. All positions offer full training and the opportunity to advance to crew manager.

Responsibilities

Perform interior and exterior painting on residential and commercial properties.

Follow safety protocols while working at heights or outside in various weather conditions.

Communicate effectively with clients, representing the company professionally.

Manage time and schedules to meet project deadlines.

Assist crew managers by moving ladders, sourcing supplies, and training recent painters (crew manager role).

Resolve client issues and maintain a positive work environment.

Qualifications

Reliable transportation and ability to travel between job sites.

Positive attitude and strong work ethic; experience in customer service is a plus but not required.





Physical ability to work on ladders and in warm weather; endurance is an asset.

Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Willingness to pursue training certifications provided by the company.
