As part of the Engaged Accounts team, you will manage a diverse book of 15–30 billing accounts, encompassing CoreWeave's AI platforms and services. This role demands excellence in relationship-building and commercial execution, aimed at maximizing customer value and revenue. You will also lead cross-functional support to ensure client satisfaction and success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage customer accounts across CoreWeave infrastructure services
• Focus on renewing contracts and driving expansions
• Engage in negotiations for commercial growth opportunities




• Foster relationships across technical and business areas
• Analyze account usage and health to mitigate churn

Requirements:
• Minimum of 6 years in a customer-facing commercial role
• Solid background in SaaS, cloud infrastructure, or AI services
• Success in revenue generation and retention
• Experience in managing multiple active accounts
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
