About the Role You will join the Central Operational Management Control team within the Travel Retail division, working on a global scope. The role acts as a business partner to IT leadership and Corporate teams, with a strong focus on controlling and optimizing IT expenditure. The position combines recurring financial closing activities, budget management, reporting, and cross-functional project work. Its purpose is to improve visibility on IT spend, support investment decisions, and help align financial priorities with IT needs.
Key Responsibilities Prepare monthly closes, including P&L;, balance sheet, and cash flow reporting.
Analyze monthly variances and monitor performance against objectives.
Contribute to budgeting cycles by building, updating, and challenging assumptions.
Review budget variances and support corrective action plans.
Track IT budgets across OPEX and CAPEX.
Separate run costs from project spend and monitor budget consumption.
Support process improvement and the rollout of financial tracking and reporting tools.
Take part in cross-functional projects across the Group.
Required Skills Master’s-level education (Bac+5) in finance or management control.
At least 5 years of experience in an IT-related environment.
Robust understanding of P&L;, balance sheet, and cash flow.
Comfort working with information systems, including SAP, BW, BPC, Magnitude, and Power BI.
Professional English, both written and spoken.
Rigour, reliability, business acumen, and a proactive mindset.

FinOps Responsibilities Support control and optimization of IT spending across a global scope.
Monitor IT budgets, including OPEX and CAPEX.
Distinguish between run costs and project investments.
Analyze spend variances and help define corrective actions.
Support IT investment decisions and financial governance.
Contribute to financial reporting and tracking for IT costs.
Help align financial priorities with IT priorities.
