Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as primary Production representative for cross-functional projects
• Develop and implement action plans for project delivery
• Lead production trials and development batches efficiently
• Document progress and communicate updates to stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards

Requirements:
• Engineering or Science degree required
• At least 3 years in production or related roles
• Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing preferred
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills necessary
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
