Become a key player in paralegal education at triOS College as a Hybrid Paralegal Program Coordinator. This part time role supports program delivery and accreditation while engaging directly with faculty and students.
As a Program Coordinator, your main focus will be ensuring compliance with the Law Society of Ontario and enhancing the Paralegal curriculum. Your contributions will include regular communication with faculty, conducting classroom observations, and improving field placement processes. By fostering collaboration across departments, you’ll elevate program quality and student outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee Paralegal program accreditation and audits
• Ensure compliance in program delivery and operations
• Manage faculty meetings and provide necessary updates
• Conduct classroom evaluations and provide documentation
• Support Career Services in field placements
Requirements:
• Relevant post-secondary education or Paralegal studies
• Current licensing as a Paralegal or Lawyer
• Three years minimum practice experience in Ontario
• Experience teaching for three years or more
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
