In this role, you will provide operational oversight and spiritual guidance for the campus. Your responsibilities include managing staff, ensuring program compliance, and establishing a nurturing setting for recovery. Key Responsibilities:
• Hire and lead a dedicated team of staff
• Ensure program delivery and client support excellence
• Manage compliance with health standards and policies
• Direct campus operations,
fundraising, and resource management
• Establish community and family relations
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Ministry, Business, or Addiction Services
• Leadership experience in relevant areas preferred
• Proficiency in communication and conflict resolution
• Commitment to organizational faith-based values
• Ability to obtain clear Vulnerable Sector Clearance
