Our client, with a legacy of over 40 years, seeks an individual with robust sales and service experience in personal lines. You will manage daily operations for a team of five experienced Account Managers, facilitating interactions with top-tier clients and premium carriers such as Prestige and Chubb. This role requires a strategic mindset towards both team mentorship and client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage high-net-worth clients and coordinate quotes
• Direct group insurance strategies for existing accounts




• Lead and develop a team of Account Managers
• Assist with the recruitment and training of new staff
• Work with producers on high-end submissions and sales

Requirements:
• Must hold a RIBO License
• Min. 5-7 years in an insurance brokerage setting
• Experience with luxury carriers and personal lines
• Solid leadership and business growth abilities
• Power Broker experience is a beneficial asset
