The role is tailored for mechanically inclined individuals committed to adhering to safety protocols while working outdoors. Candidates will either bring 3+ years of experience or have a desire to learn in a hands-on setting, focused on transloading activities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Carry out rail-to-truck and truck-to-rail transloading services
• Uphold safety standards in all transloading operations
• Perform minor troubleshooting and equipment maintenance
• Navigate railcars and uneven terrain effectively
• Support industry clients with reliable service

Requirements:
• At least 3 years of relevant experience or an eagerness to learn
• Understanding of railway operations is an advantage
• Physically suited to outdoor work conditions
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Willing to pass a medical/drug screening prior to employment
