We are hiring a Manager-level strategy consultant to join the internal consulting team of a leading global mining / heavy industry business.

The role will focus on operations strategy, operational improvement, transformation and CapEx , working with senior business leaders across global operations. You will lead projects end-to-end, manage client relationships and coach project teams.

Ideal profile

Current Manager or equivalent from MBB or another top-tier strategy consulting firm

Strong project leadership, problem-solving and senior stakeholder management

Experience in industrials, mining, resources or other asset-heavy sectors preferred

Background in operations strategy, performance improvement, transformation or CapEx

French preferred, but not essential for a robust candidate

Open to relocating to Canada and ideally able to start this year

Around 40 hours per week

Flexibility to travel more or less depending on preference

International exposure with greater work-life balance
